Celine Parmentier is EVP and Head of Global Medical Communications at Real Chemistry. With a PhD in immunology, she combines her scientific background with extensive experience in medical communications and a particular passion for oncology, immunology and respiratory medicine.Celine is passionate about the responsible use of AI in healthcare communications and co-runs a Women in AI meet-up series that helps women working in healthcare build their AI skills and confidence. Her perspectives have also been featured in leading industry publications.

Caz is a Pharmaceutical Physician and Medical Director at Novartis in Clinical Development. She was previously at GSK where she held roles in Global Medial Affairs, Safety, Market Access and Drug Discovery. Drawing on experience from early development through commercialisation, Caz is particularly interested in solving complex strategic challenges at the intersection of science, evidence, healthcare decision-making, and patient value. Her current interests include innovative approaches to evidence generation and the responsible application of AI and emerging technologies to improve how medicines are developed, evaluated, and used.

Dr Nayyab Naqvi is a UK public-sector AI leader in the Government Chief AI Office at the Government Digital Service (GDS), specialising in responsible AI adoption, assurance and agentic systems. Combining a PhD in autonomous systems with extensive technology leadership experience, she helps turn emerging AI into trusted, scalable public services.

Kate is an events and client services leader in life sciences. She’s currently helping delivering high-impact industry events, education and training. Previously, she led client services at AMP27 and held senior leadership roles at Havas Lynx, guiding complex pharma accounts and cross-functional teams. Earlier in her career, she co-founded CreateHealth.io, an open innovation platform designed to connect industry, patients, caregivers and clinicians to turn real-world insight into better healthcare products and services. She also served as Managing Director at eyeforpharma, owning P&L responsibility, leading a 30+ person team, opening new markets, and scaling flagship events with strong commercial growth.

Shubhra Kamat is Senior AI Manager at Chelsea and Westminster Hospital NHS Foundation Trust, leading clinical engagement, strategy and adoption for AI-enabled transformation. Shubhra is the Clinical Adoption & Scaling Lead for the AI-Assisted Discharge Summarisation (AADS) programme—an NHS AI exemplar delivered in partnership with NHS England and recognised for its safe, human-centred implementation of generative AI in healthcare. 

A Paediatric Orthopaedic Advanced clinical practitioner by background, she brings more than 20 years of NHS experience spanning frontline clinical practice, service transformation and digital innovation.

After completing her Executive MBA, Shubhra transitioned into corporate healthcare leadership, combining her clinical expertise with strategic transformation and innovation. She is also a trained Clinical Safety Officer, with expertise in the AI governance, safety and responsible implementation of AI-enabled technologies and the adoption and scaling of emerging technologies across the NHS
