Internal Gains, External Losses? The AI Dilemma in Pharma

Pharma organizations are investing heavily in AI, often focusing on internal efficiency, content production, and pilot use cases. But the real disruption is happening outside the organization. This session shifts the lens from internal optimization to external value creation. We will explore how AI is transforming the interface between healthcare professionals and the care system, reshaping how information is accessed, trusted, and acted upon. Where is value being created, where budgets are shifting, and what this means for the future roles of marketing, sales, medical, and market access teams in pharma.
