
Niousha Ghazni is a seasoned commercial leader with a strong track record in HCP, consumer, business and retail channels. Niousha brings a strategic and results driven approach to building brands and driving growth, with technology at the forefront of innovation. Known for her collaborative leadership style, Niousha is known to be solutions oriented and navigate complex environments to bring ideas to reality. Niousha is passionate about creating meaningful customer experiences and unlocking new opportunities for business growth. Currently she is the Head of Marketing North America for Emergent BioSolutions. Prior to her time at Emergent, Niousha has hele roles in Clinical trial management, sales and marketing leadership roles spanning multiple therapeutic areas including Hematology, Oncology, Infectious Disease, Diabetes and Psychiatry. Niousha has a BSc (minor Mathematics) from University of Toronto, MSc (Neuroscience) from Queens University, and an MBA from the Ivey School of Business. In addition, held the CHE designation from the Canadian College of Healthcare leaders and an honorary diploma from Université Laval in Quebec. On a personal note, she and her husband, Pouya, are proud parents to Avery, Ava and Avi. In her ‘free’ time, Niousha is an avid football fan having attend World Cup 2014 in Brazil and plans to attend World Cup 2026 in North America.
