A veteran of the Canadian pharmaceutical industry, Adam has held multiple commercial roles with a number industry leaders including Sanofi, Amgen, Baxter, Novartis and Takeda. Having spent more than 20 years in commercial leadership roles Adam has seen the roles of the commercial and medical field teams drastically transformed. In his current role as National Sales Director he has the opportunity to combine strategic leadership with his passion for coaching and mentoring sales representatives. Adam believes strongly in the ability of pharmaceutical sales representatives to deliver innovative solutions that help to transform patient outcomes.
