Pavel holds a Master of Science in Medical Biophysics from the University of Toronto, where he specialized in clinical breast cancer research. Upon completion of his graduate studies, Pavel commenced his career in the pharmaceutical industry with Boehringer Ingelheim as a Specialty Sales Representative. In this capacity, he was responsible for promoting a portfolio of therapies to specialists in cardiology, respirology, and endocrinology. Following three years of consistent performance and demonstrated expertise, he was promoted to the role of Oncology Therapeutic Specialist, with a focus on cancer treatment solutions. Building upon his experience in oncology, Pavel subsequently joined AstraZeneca as an Oncology Sales Specialist within the lung cancer therapeutic area. He was later elevated to the position of Oncology Capability Development Manager, where he played a pivotal role in supporting the professional development of AstraZeneca’s lung and immuno-oncology sales teams by enhancing their selling competencies and overall field effectiveness. Pavel next transitioned to Astellas Pharma, where he assumed the role of Marketing Manager for the prostate cancer portfolio. In this position, he led the development and execution of strategic initiatives aimed at driving market growth and brand performance. Most recently, Pavel joined Celltrion Healthcare as . In this role, he leads a national team of sales representatives dedicated to broadening access to biosimilar therapies in the gastroenterology and rheumatology markets.
