Jo Ann Saitta

Jo Ann is the Global Head of Data Strategy, Analytics, and AI at Inizio Ignite, with over 20 years of executive-level experience driving digital and data-led transformation across the healthcare industry. Her expertise spans AI/GenAI programs, global analytics centers of excellence, data productization, HCP 360 ecosystems, and partnerships with tech innovators. Before joining Inizio Ignite, Jo Ann was a Managing Director at Ernst & Young, where she led major commercial transformation initiatives in digital engagement, omnichannel strategy, GenAI innovation, and health equity. She serves on the Google Healthcare Advisory Board and the Board of the Northern NJ American Heart Association. Jo Ann holds a master’s in computer science from NJIT and dual bachelor’s degrees in computer science and political science from Rutgers University.
