Icaro Oliveira is a Senior Manager in Technology Consulting at EY with more than 20 years of experience across technology leadership, solution architecture, cloud, digital product development and delivery. He works at the intersection of AI, software engineering and business strategy, applying generative AI and agentic approaches to create practical solutions for commercial teams. His work helps sales, marketing and customer-engagement functions spend more time with customers, personalize engagement at scale and bring products and solutions to market faster. Icaro brings hands-on experience in AI-enabled engineering and agentic patterns, helping organizations move from pilot to production with the human oversight and guardrails required in regulated industries. Much of his career has focused on delivering digital solutions to health focused organizations.
In this 80-minute hands-on workshop, attendees will be guided through a 3 stage rapid prototyping and training on agent creation.
By the end of the session, all modelled agents will be shared with some being built in real time for review.
