Women driving creative and marketing excellence in pharma: Why it matters.

Women’s health historically is underfunded, under-researched, and underrepresented in clinical development and communication. The result is a medical and narrative gap, echoed in the assumptions, imagery, and stories used in healthcare marketing.

Creative leadership decides what gets prioritised and challenged, ultimately what story gets told.

This webinar focuses on the work and leaders driving diverse teams, resulting in world class pharma Creative.

We’ll cover:
- The connection between inclusive design and commercial performance
- Examples of campaigns influenced by inclusive design principles
- Practical shifts organisations can make to unlock stronger creative outcomes
You’ll leave with:
- Clearer criteria for evaluating creative leadership impact
- Ways to test your current processes for blind spots
- Practical approaches to building inclusive creative cultures
